Dental Insurance
We are contracted with many dental insurances but accept all dental insurances! We have found that most dental insurances provide out-of-network benefits. For routine dental care such as check-ups, dental cleanings and radiographs (dental x-rays), there will most likely be no co-payment. If you feel BENE Dental may be a good fit for you, please call us and we will check for you whether your insurance is in-network with us or have out-of-network benefits.
If you have NO DENTAL INSURANCE, we have a solution for you! The BENE Dental Plan is a members only, in-office discount program specifically created to make routine care much more affordable for you and your family. Additionally, almost all procedures will be discounted off our office fees. Please see our BENE Dental Plan page for more information and call us for further detail.

In order to adhere to our eco-conscious philosophy, registration forms are available below, to be filled out at the comforts of your home or when ever you have time. If you would rather take care of it in the office, we have the forms ready for you on our iPads. Not often, but at times, patients have requested paper forms instead, which we also have available for your convenience.
